STAYSPARK CLEANING LTD operates the STAYSPARK Cleaning Services Android app (package com.stayspark.cleanong.cleanongstayspark). This Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and shared when you use the app. By using it, you acknowledge these practices.

Depending on the feature, the app may let you enter:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Pakistani city and service address
• Property type and selected cleaning service
• Number of rooms or work areas
• Preferred booking date and time
• Cleaning instructions or additional notes
• Messages submitted for customer support

Only provide information that's accurate and necessary for your service request.

The app may store certain information locally to power its features:

• Selected and favourite services
• Booking records and preferences
• Notification status and app settings
• Previously entered service details

The app may use what you provide to:

• Prepare a cleaning-service estimate
• Display and save a booking record on your device
• Respond to customer-support requests
• Arrange or confirm requested services
• Communicate about service availability
• Address service-related questions

When the app opens an external email or phone app, the communication completes through the service you selected — nothing sends until you choose to send the email or make the call.

The app uses manually selected cities and addresses rather than requiring continuous device-location access.

The app may download cleaning-related images from internet-hosting services. When your device requests an image, the hosting provider may automatically receive standard technical information needed to deliver it — IP address, request time, device or app request info, and the requested image address.

StaySpark doesn't use this to build advertising profiles. External hosts process technical information under their own privacy practices.

The current version doesn't intentionally include advertising SDKs, behavioural advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or sale of personal information. This section will be updated before any such technology is added.

StaySpark doesn't sell personal information. Disclosure happens only when reasonably necessary:

• To staff or personnel handling a requested cleaning service
• To communication providers you selected, like email or phone apps
• To technical providers needed to deliver remote app content
• To comply with applicable law or a lawful government request
• To protect users or StaySpark against fraud, misuse, or security threats

Reasonable administrative and technical measures protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Secure connections are used where supported for internet transmission, though no method is completely guaranteed secure.

Locally stored information stays on your device until removed through the app, Android settings, or uninstallation. Information sent directly to StaySpark by email or phone is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, arrange a service, resolve a complaint, keep business records, or meet legal obligations — then deleted, anonymised, or securely disposed of.

Remove locally stored information by deleting booking or preference records, clearing storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

The app may open or interact with email apps, phone apps, internet image-hosting services, external websites, or other communication services. StaySpark doesn't control independent third parties' privacy practices — review their policies before use.

The app is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and isn't directed toward children under 13. We don't knowingly request personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its removal.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of eligible information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on it
• Ask questions about how your information is handled

This Policy may be updated as app features, technologies, legal requirements, or handling practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published — review it periodically.
